What we collect

• Booking requests: when you submit the "Book a call" form, we receive the name and phone number you enter. We use them for one purpose — calling you back about our service.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser type) for security and uptime purposes.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your contact information with anyone.
• We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
• We don't send marketing email lists — a booking request gets you a phone call, not a drip campaign.

Call recordings on this site

Sample recordings published on this site are anonymized — names, phone numbers, and identifying details are redacted — and are shared with the client's permission.

Client dealership data

When we work inside a dealership's CRM, the leads and customer records belong to the dealership. We access them only to do the contracted work — contacting, qualifying, and booking that dealership's leads — and never publish or reuse them.

Data removal

Want your name and number deleted after a booking request? Tell us on the callback, or reach out any time, and it's done.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
